Director of Panel Solutions

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Director of Panel Solutions who will focus on working directly with panel suppliers and partners day-to-day, contributing to and helping implement the broader panel strategy, and working with internal RealityMine teams to facilitate panel management efforts and support commercial activities.
The Role:
Reporting to SVP Panel Solutions, located in the US, with remote and hybrid working opportunities.
The role consists of:
Overall Panel Strategy
- Help formalize and standardize a process for evaluating and vetting potential panel partners for preferred network
- Maintain database of panel suppliers and associated information
- Assist with RFP efforts, including participating in commercial activities related to panels
- Monitor the competitive landscape and assess its impact on business strategies
Panelist Experience, Communications & Acquisition
- Oversee panelist experiences across the full funnel, including ensuring acquisition strategy and sourcing is in line with client requirements
- Provide input on panelist journeys and engagement, including communications (email, SMS, push notifications)
- Ensure fair compensation as part of incentive program
- Ensure mobile app set up and UI/UX experience aligns to panelist and program needs (e.g., authentication, consent, permissions, etc.)
Reporting & Monitoring
- Track metrics via partner reporting/dashboards, provide requirements for new metrics
- Responsible for monitoring all data regarding participation, churn, compliance, eligibility, data quality, incentives, support, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring demographic and behavioral metrics
- Ensure all data is properly feeding RealityMine dashboards
- Track fraud/quality control metrics and hold partners accountable
Support
- Work with partner support teams to ensure top quality customer service, flag issues as necessary and communicate accordingly
- Ensure proper App Store management (iOS, Android) in terms of monitoring reviews/ratings
- Track and monitor support metrics (e.g., SLAs, satisfaction rates, efficiencies, etc.)
- Recommend improvements to program based on panelist feedback
Consent, Compliance & Privacy
- Manage requirements for panelist eligibility (e.g., consent, permissions/access, data collection, demographic and behavioral targets, etc.)
- Ensure appropriate panelist agreements are maintained and updated
- Manage requirements across all parties for consent and permissions
- Ensure compliance with CCPA, GDPR and other privacy regulations
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures with respect to Security, Quality and Health & Safety
Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years experience in panel management (including measurement/surveys) and/or consumer behavior research/data, including end-to-end components such as acquisition/recruitment channels, measurement technology (e.g., mobile app, browser extension), communications, incentives, reporting, support/engagement, customer journey (including UI/UX), fraud prevention, consent management, privacy, data sharing and backend systems/databases.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adding clarity to complex, challenging situations.
- Capable of simplifying complex topics, telling compelling stories through visualizations, and guiding teams toward decisions.
- Familiarity with technology platforms, including databases, AI/ML, CRM, engagement/ communication tools, reporting dashboards, and mobile/computer operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Chrome).
- Ability to problem solve complicated situations under time constraints.
- Experience with A/B testing to quickly evaluate success or failure and make informed decisions.
- A strong eye for UI/UX design, and experience working with mobile app developers, engineers, designers and support staff.
- Awareness of regulatory environments, including consent management, privacy laws, and handling of Personally Identifiable Information, with experience collaborating with legal and privacy counsel.
- Experience contributing to new business proposals for requirements, pricing, etc.

Financial Terms and Benefits
- Base salary from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, dependent on experience
- Annual staff bonus (contingent on achieving company goals)
